I'm back

Holiday visits on top of borked internet service for a few days means I have not been able to post lately.  This little self gratifying experiment is a way for me to collect information I want to keep and practice writing - when I take time to do that - so I want to keep it up. Normally New year resolutions are unappealing to me but maybe writing longer, more descriptive posts has some benefit.  Hmmm?

100 years of CRS

The Evolving Congress is a collection of reports by the Congressional Research Service about use of the service over the years. Ugh, though, I am irritated I can't find a free official version easily and have to link to this one.  Just not used to Congress. gov yet.
